Esa Hannula primarily advises on insolvency matters and acts as bankruptcy administrator in bankruptcies and as restructuring administrator in corporate restructuring proceedings. Hannula has around ten years of experience in tasks related to the administration of bankruptcy estates and has acted as bankruptcy administrator in more than 50 bankruptcy estates.
In addition, Hannula provides legal advice e.g. in contract and company law matters and in data protection issues.
