Mr. Mikko Tavast’s central legal expertise lies in the field of insolvency, particularly the administration of bankruptcy estates and in-court restructuring proceedings. Mr. Tavast has participated in a number of major bankruptcy and restructuring cases, including some of the largest and most complex in Finland, many with significant cross-border dimensions.

Mr. Tavast also has experience in dispute resolution, especially in recovery proceedings and other litigation arising from or related to insolvency situations, both in court proceedings and arbitration. His work experience spans a wide range of matters, from high-value disputes to more focused or technical cases, handled before courts and arbitral tribunals.

In addition, Mr. Tavast has advised on legal matters related to contract law, transactions, financing, and company law.
